Pricing

Three products, one simple price

Everything is priced per outlet, per month. Take one, or run all three — they are built to work as a single stack.

Agentic bot

Vaani

An AI agent living on WhatsApp. It answers questions, shows the menu and takes the order in the same thread the guest already uses every day — no app, no signup.

₹3,000/ outlet / month

  • Answers menu, timing and availability questions
  • Shows a catalogue and takes the order in chat
  • Runs on the Noesa WhatsApp platform
  • Works past closing time, in the guest's language

Order management system

OMS

The floor and the kitchen, on one system. Table QRs open a running tab, tickets land in the kitchen live, and the manager sees tables and takings on a shift-long sign-in.

₹3,000/ outlet / month

  • Per-table QR codes — no app or login for guests
  • One running tab across every round
  • Live kitchen ticket screen
  • Manager view of tables, tabs and takings

Outlet website

Website

Your own ordering pages, not a listing on someone else's marketplace. Menu, hours, location — and seasonal order-ahead pages like the Onam Sadya booking below.

₹3,000/ outlet / month

  • Menu that stays in sync with the OMS
  • Order-ahead and pre-booking pages
  • Click-to-WhatsApp straight into Vaani
  • Hosting, domain setup and updates included

All three together

₹9,000 per outlet per month. Guests find you on your own site, order from the table, and get looked after on WhatsApp — every one of those routes lands on the same running tab.

01 · Vaani on WhatsApp

The conversation is the ordering screen

Vaani sits on WhatsApp, so there is nothing for a guest to install and nothing to learn. It answers what is on tonight, sends the catalogue, takes the order and hands it to the kitchen — the same thread handles the question and the sale.

It is live right now. Message it, ask something awkward, and watch what comes back — no signup, no demo booking.

Vaani runs on Noesa's WhatsApp platform, so Meta's per-message charges apply on top of the ₹3,000 — roughly ₹0.86–0.88 a marketing message and ₹0.12–0.13 a utility or authentication message, billed at cost. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free. Full platform pricing on noesa.in.

02 · Order management system

One tab per table, one screen per role

Each table carries its own QR. Scanning it opens that table straight away, and every round through the night joins the same running tab — so the second order is as quick as the first and the bill is already correct at the end.

Staff get their own doors. The kitchen watches tickets arrive live; the manager sees tables, tabs and takings. Sign-in lasts one shift, so a tablet left on the pass signs itself out the same evening rather than sitting open overnight.

03 · Outlet website

Your own pages, taking your own orders

Foodbae Onam Sadya order-ahead page showing plate count, dates with remaining stock, and a ₹4,500 booking total
The live Onam Sadya order-ahead page.

A fast site with your menu, hours and location — and, when a festival comes round, a page built to take the rush. The Onam Sadya booking shown here lists real plates left per day, takes the order without a login, and charges nothing until the food is at the door.

Because it shares the OMS, the counts on that page are the kitchen's real ceiling rather than a guess, and a guest who would rather just chat is one tap from Vaani.

All prices exclude GST at 18%. Billed monthly per outlet, no setup lock-in. WhatsApp message charges from Meta are passed through at cost on the Vaani plan.
